Engagement Terms
Last updated: May 27, 2026
1. Scope
These terms govern your use of this website and the proposal process. Advisory engagements are governed by a separately executed engagement letter, statement of work, and any applicable NDA, BAA, or DPA. In the event of a conflict, the executed engagement documents control.
2. Proposals and fees
Proposals issued by AIXP® Advisory describe scope, deliverables, timeline, and a fixed fee. Proposals are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Travel and third-party costs, if any, are passed through at cost and disclosed in advance.
3. Independence
AIXP® Advisory does not take commissions, referral fees, or revenue share from AI platforms, model providers, or tooling vendors. Recommendations are independent.
4. Confidentiality
Information you share during the proposal process is treated as confidential. We will execute a mutual NDA on request before reviewing sensitive material.
5. Intellectual property
On payment, deliverables prepared specifically for your engagement are yours. We retain ownership of our pre-existing methods, templates, and know-how, and grant you a non-exclusive license to use them within the deliverables.
6. No legal advice
AIXP® Advisory provides advisory services, not legal advice. We work alongside your in-house and outside counsel and recommend you retain qualified local counsel for legal opinions on the EU AI Act, US AI policy, and other jurisdiction-specific obligations.
7. Website use
Content on this site is provided for general information. You may not scrape, redistribute, or use it to train models without prior written consent.
8. Governing law
Disputes related to this website are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Engagement disputes are governed by the law specified in the executed engagement letter.
