1. Who we are

AIXP® Advisory (“AIXP®,” “we,” “us”) provides AI governance, implementation, and risk advisory services to organizations in regulated industries across EMEA, the Americas, and Asia-Pacific. Questions about this policy can be sent to advisory@theaixp.com.

2. Information we collect

  • Information you submit. Name, work email, company, role, jurisdiction, and the free-text context you provide when you request a proposal or contact us.
  • Engagement information. Materials, documents, and data your organization shares with us during an active engagement, governed by the engagement letter and any executed NDA or BAA.
  • Site analytics. Standard log data (IP address, user agent, pages requested, timestamps) used to operate and secure the site.

3. How we use information

We use information you provide to:

  • Respond to inquiries and prepare proposals.
  • Deliver and document advisory engagements.
  • Operate, secure, and improve our website and internal systems.
  • Comply with legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations.

We do not sell personal information. We do not share inquiry data with AI vendors or third-party marketers.

4. Legal bases (EEA/UK)

For visitors in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, we process personal data on the bases of (a) your consent, (b) performance of a contract, (c) compliance with a legal obligation, or (d) our legitimate interests in operating and securing our business.

5. Subprocessors

We rely on a small set of enterprise vendors for email, calendaring, document storage, and infrastructure. Each is bound by a data-processing agreement consistent with GDPR, applicable US state privacy laws, and other jurisdictions relevant to your engagement. A current subprocessor list is available on request.

6. Retention

Inquiry data is retained for up to 24 months unless an engagement begins. Engagement records are retained per the engagement letter and applicable recordkeeping rules.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port personal data we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Send requests to advisory@theaixp.com. We respond within applicable statutory timelines.

8. Cross-border transfers

Because we work across EMEA, the Americas, and Asia-Pacific, information may be transferred to and processed in jurisdictions other than the one in which it was collected. Where required, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or comparable safeguards.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected by an updated “Last updated” date above.
